Recently, I began meditating on which crystals might best support us in maximizing these new energies available through the 144 Grid; and once I posed this question in my mind, I noticed that Elestial Quartz started popping up everywhere I turned my head. I have always been attracted to these complex Master Quartz formations, which have an etched and layered appearance, many times with multiple terminations all over the face and body.  I can get lost gazing into the intricate internal layers, which look like a crystalline version of a computer motherboard with advanced circuitry. That is why Robert Simmon’s description of Elestial Quartz really hit home: “They are like crystalline switchboards linking multiple dimensions, times and levels of consciousness to one another.” Since this resonates so closely with the function of the 144 grid, I sat down a few days ago to meditate with the exquisite Smoky Elestial Enydro (pictured above) to see if I what would happen, and I was blown away!  I am not the world’s greatest meditator, but with Elestial Quartz, I quickly moved into an altered state of consciousness.  I saw a screen that looked like it had multiple lines of symbols made up of dots and lines.  It very much looked like an Arcturian light language that I saw at a conference earlier this year, and I got the message that this is what it was!  The symbols kept moving down the screen, then the screen was wiped clear and replaced with some of the most complex math equations I have ever seen in my life.  Most of them contained square root signs.  I couldn’t have made these up in my imagination if I tried!  I have heard that once you achieve a certain light level, that you begin to see light codes expressed in these mathematical ways.  I may have seen a symbol or two in my days of meditating, but I have never seen anything as clear, voluminous, or complex as what this Elestial Quartz was apparently downloading into me.  It was an entirely new level! So this was certainly validation for me that working with Elestials can plug us in and upgrade our system.  

As my story illustrates, Elestials act as a perfect medium for transferring energy patterns, codes, and information from the higher planes into the human auric field and experience.  I agree with Crystal Expert, Naisha Ahsian, when she says that they connect to the full-spectrum of light. Then they structure and regulate this energy, so that it is the perfect and highest level that you can easily absorb and integrate.  My experience with the download of codes and light language felt like just the right amount of data that my system could compute and handle. I didn’t feel overloaded afterwards, but I did feel charged, energized and elated.  This regulating feature means that you never outgrow an Elestial, because it gives you more as you can handle more.  It can be your go-to master crystal for life!

When you have an Elestial with multiple terminations all over the crystal, it looks like a crystalline brain.  And Elestials do work to upgrade and heal the brain.  My teacher, Katrina Raphaell, shared with us that it can help heal and repair brain cells that were damaged from substance abuse.   And in my meditation with Elestials, I was shown that it can assist in rewiring and upgrading your subtle energetic circuitry.  I got a sense of new neural pathways being created that align you with higher dimensional living.  Elestials can help you with repatterning your thoughts so that they are more enlightened and engrained; so that they become like a positive affirmation program that you run to attract more positive experiences into your life.  In fact, if you like to meditate on positive affirmations, doing so with an Elestial Quartz will strengthen and accelerate the effects.  

Elestials are also master clearers that can act as a roto-rooter for your chakras.  They specialize in delving deep into all of the chakras and helping to surface blockages, negative thought or emotional patterns, or any energetic debris that is holding you back.  They have a gift of bringing to your consciousness the root causes of disease or disharmony, so that these can be understood.  Then they provide energy to help in transmuting them.  

Elestials are perfect for those who feel called to work in power spots and planetary vortexes.  These places amplify an Elestial’s energetic transmission. At the same time, vortexes open our psychic senses and increase our ability to receive the expanded light codes. When groups come together in power spots for spiritual purposes, Elestials will support this work and can assist in sending love, clearing, and awakening through the Earth grids to uplift the whole.   

All Elestials are special, but my favorite variety is the Smoky Elestial Enydro.  Smoky Elestials, like all varieties of  Smoky Quartz, are especially powerful in clearing and transmuting negative energy.  Also, they have a more grounded quality, making all of these higher energies that they deliver to us more comprehensible and accessible to the human consciousness.  The visions that I have received when meditating with a Smoky Elestial have been more vivid and clear to me than with other varieties.  Smoky Elestials also offer more protection from negative energy and influences.  An Enydro is a water inclusion, and they appear more frequently inside of Elestial Quartz than in any other Quartz form. These very ancient water bubbles are typically millions of years old and are very pure. Enydros help us to become more spiritually open and receptive, and they connect us to our own subconscious and to the collective consciousness that unites us all.  Since we are made up of water, we are naturally in resonance with Enydro water bubbles.  They can be a wonderful medium to ease the transference of the crystalline energy and higher frequencies into our bio-energetic systems.  Water is also a natural cleansing element, so I intuitively feel that Elestial Enydros provide an extra dose of clearing energy.  For all of these reasons, I highly recommend working with a Smoky Elestial Enydro for the meditation I will now share, if possible.

This meditation came to me when I asked for a crystalline formula to help us connect more fully with the 144 Crystalline Grid, so that we can maximize the newly available energies for spiritual growth. This layout will help to clear your energy centers and auric field, and it assists in activating your chakras and subtle energetic circuitry.  It upgrades your system so that you can absorb and integrate higher light frequencies, and it can connect you to other dimensional realities that are now coming online. I have tried this new layout on myself and clients, with remarkable and vivid results!  To do the full layout, you will need an Elestial Quartz, and also an Amethyst (preferably Auralite), a Blue Kyanite, and a Healer’s Gold.  However, it can be done with just an Elestial.  Before you begin, cleanse all of the stones, and call in your higher self, Divine Source, Metatron, and any other spirit helpers you like to work with.  

Hold or state this intention for the layout: “My chakras, meridians, and entire auric field is receiving the perfect level of clearing and activation now.  I connect with the 144 crystalline grid to receive the exact energies, downloads, and codes that I need now and can easily integrate for my spiritual growth and highest good.  I am plugged in.”  Place the Elestial Quartz above the head at the crown chakra, and place the Amethyst in the center of the forehead at the third eye chakra. Next place the Kyanite between the heart and solar plexus chakras, and place the Healer’s Gold a few inches below the feet.  Relax and meditate with the stones in place for about twelve minutes, or for the length of time that feels right for you.  This layout can work very quickly to connect you and do its magic, so in some cases it is only necessary to leave the stones in place for about eight minutes.  You might be absolutely amazed at the energy you feel and the visions that you receive.  It is possible to see the geometry and light of the crystalline grid and to feel yourself being literally plugged in.  You might also see the light codes that are downloading to upgrade your system.  This is a powerful activation process that is unique for each person who tries it, and I know it will assist in activating your multidimensional switchboard.

Many of us can relate to what you are experiencing, and you are not alone. I’m noticing in my healing practice that a lot of people are feeling anxious during these times.  Time does seem to actually be accelerating, giving us the feeling that there are not enough hours in the day for our to-do lists. The ascension energies are pushing things to the surface, giving us a heightened sense of pressure.  And there is a lot going on in the world stage right now that can be cause for concern.  In my personal experience with anxiety, I have found that part of the answer is to move my energy and consciousness higher so that I can receive the energetic transmissions of the Divine realm.  Above the storm of the Earth 3-D realm, all is well. You have access to the frequencies of peace, and the higher truth that everything is going according to Divine plan and everything is going to be alright.  Anxiety can be a trust issue, a fear that spirit doesn’t really have your back.  It can also be a symptom of being too hard on yourself, putting an impossible standard of “perfection” upon yourself.  None of us are going to do everything perfectly while we are on the Earth plane, and society’s idea of perfection can be unattainable.  But from a higher perspective, the truth is that you ARE perfect, just how you are–even if your house isn’t completely clean at all times and you are consistently late!  So tuning into the  higher realms to combat anxiety sounds good in theory, but it can be difficult to get there when you are in the midst of a panic attack.  Luckily, there are some crystals that can assist in calming yourself down and coming back to center.  

Did you know that the mineral kingdom produces its own brand of anti-anxiety medication, and with no undesirable side-effects? Crystals and stones containing lithium naturally emit a calming energy that can counteract feelings of panic, worry, anxiety, and stress. Here is a list of stones that have a lithium content:  Kunzite, Hiddenite, Lepidolite, Petalite, Elbaite Tourmaline (Pink, Green, Watermelon, Purple, or Blue), Lithium Quartz, Eucryptite, Amblygonite, and Nuummite.  Kunzite is one of my favorites on this list, and it is the first one that I turn to when I feel anxiety coming on. Kunzite is a sweet, tranquil stone that connects with the currents of Divine love from the higher realms, and this loving frequency is strengthened and delivered to us through its striated structure.  A striated stone is one that has parallel grooves recessed down the length of the stone, which act as amplifying channels or pathways. Kunzite’s structure makes it ideal for transmuting lower energies and blockages into pure love. It has a natural resonance with the third eye and the heart, serving as a bridge between the two, while it activates and clears both centers. Anxiety is a state that is experienced in the mental body as excess energy or worry due to thoughts we are having, and it is felt in the emotional body as fear.  This stone can treat both the mental and emotional sources of anxiety at one time, giving a more complete sense of relief. Kunzite also creates a protective shield around the body, so that we are less affected by outside sources or situations that might provoke  anxiety. When we are under the peaceful influence of Kunzite, it is much easier to sigh deeply and relax into a meditative state.  It helps us to access higher dimensional realities and the love of the Angelic realm.  With our third eyes activated, we can more clearly receive the message that all is well from the higher perspectives, and that we are being taken care of in all moments.  If you feel panic coming on, I suggest putting a cloth headband around your head at the third eye level.  Then place one or more Kunzites around your head, with the striations pointing vertically.  You will be amazed at how quickly a sense of calm overcomes you!

Blue Kyanite is another high vibration, striated stone that can be an effective antidote to anxiety.  All light blue stones carry soothing energies and bring a sense of calm, which make them perfect for any nervous condition.  Other peaceful blue stones are Aquamarine, Celestite, Larimar, Blue Lace Agate, Blue Calcite, Turquoise, Chrysocolla, and Blue Tourmaline, But in my experience, Blue Kyanite is the most powerful of all blue calming stones. I gained a deep appreciation for it when I was studying at Katrina Raphaell’s Crystal Academy, and I got to experience first-hand how helpful Kyanite is in achieving a deep, meditative state.  I normally have problems meditating, because I have a very busy mind, but with Kyanite it was easy.  We learned to place Kyanite at the causal chakra, located at the back and center of the top of the head.  It is behind the crown chakra, at the place where your hair can create a spiral and where a baby’s “soft spot” is located.  This is the area where you to receive higher mental impressions from spiritual sources.  I see it as the seat of the evolved mental body, the one that exists beyond the normal mental static we experience and that is attuned to the cosmic mind.  When it is property activated, it is much easier to achieve a sense of serenity, and to live your life as a walking meditation of peace and higher flow.  You know that this area is activated when you get fleeting visions during meditations that drift away as soon as you notice them, like you experience in the twilight state right before falling asleep.  Kyanite has a special capability to activate this chakra, and in doing so it can override frantic mental states that lead to anxiety.  Kyanite is a bridging stone, helping to connect our consciousness to higher sources, to rewire subtle energetic circuitry, and to restructure unhealthy mental/emotional patterns. It creates the pathway for higher downloads of energy to be received and integrated.  It is also one of the best stones for clearing and removing negative energy, especially lower states of worry, fear, or panic.  When you feel an anxiety attack coming on, I suggest holding and stroking the striations on your Kyanite. It can send a calming transmission of energy through your entire energetic field and bring you back to center.  Then I would lie down and place the Kyanite at the causal chakra.  Breathe, relax, and meditate until you feel infused with calm energy.  

Smoky Quartz can pull us out of anxiety by bringing us back down to Earth and to the present moment.  Many times we are spinning in our to-do lists, worrying about what might happen in the future, or agonizing about what we did in the past.  All of these things take us out of the present moment. And in the present moment, it is likely that all is basically well.  In this now, you are sitting here and reading this article.  The roof is not falling down on you, the IRS is not knocking on your door, and I doubt that you are in any imminent danger.  Maybe everything isn’t exactly perfect, but I bet if you slowed down and just tuned into your immediate surroundings, you could find something positive and beautiful to focus on.  Maybe a flower outside of the window, or your cat purring next to you?  Smoky Quartz can help us to calm down and realize that we are safe, right here and right now.  It is a crystal that grounds us and connects us to the nurturing Earth grids, helping to dissolve and recycle our negative energy and mental/emotional states.  The vibratory rate of Smoky Quartz is slow and solid, and it gently uplifts and purifies us on all levels. Smoky Quartz also offers protection, so we can be assured that negative influences will not affect us. It can pull our attention back to the body, where we can breathe and shift our feeling state.   I believe that coming back into our bodies is one of the best ways to get relief from anxiety.  When you are becoming anxious, I would suggest stopping whatever it is that you are doing and picking up a Smoky Quartz crystal.  Take some conscious, deep breaths, and then gently gaze at the crystal.  Study it with all of your focus and intention; noticing every facet, line, inclusion, chip, and detail.  You will feel yourself calming down as you move more fully into the present moment.  Then, if possible, do some light yoga or stretching to keep your focus in your body.  

I sincerely believe that these crystals and techniques can significantly improve your anxiety.  Give them a try and see if you get any relief. I also suggest looking at your diet to see if any adjustments need to be made.  Stimulants, caffeine, and sugar can all contribute to anxiety; and eating more raw, natural, organic, unprocessed foods can bring you back into a balanced state.  Remember, if you are still feeling overly anxious, it is always a good idea to consult with a trustworthy mental health practitioner.  There is nothing wrong with taking medication if it is needed.  Taking care of your well-being on physical, emotional, and mental levels is an essential and beautiful act of self love.  And I know that you are perfectly supported on all levels as you do this.  

You know you’ve got a real case of the Mondays when your car breaks down underneath the freeway, and you have to call a tow truck to get it to the shop.  Then you get the message that your engine is completely destroyed, and that the price tag will be in the seven thousand dollar range. This was quite a shock, since my MINI Cooper has been taken care of pristinely and the mileage is still relatively low. My wonderful partner, Robert, used his helpful masculine energy to express our discontent and to request that they do something to make this situation better.  But the outlook wasn’t so good. The warranty had just expired a few months back.  So I went into my crystal room to center myself, when I saw my beautiful Manifestation Quartz cluster glittering at me in a way that seemed like a cosmic wink.  Alright, why not use crystal power to manifest a better outcome? 
 

While I was in meditation with the cluster, I called in all of the souls at the dealership who had the power to make decisions in my case, and I sent them all a transmission of love and light.  Then I clearly stated my desired outcome, “The price of my car repair is significantly reduced, and I get it back no later than Monday of next week.”  I visualized this happening as completely as possible, using all of my senses.  Within only ten minutes of doing this meditation, I got a phone call from MINI.  They were going to split the cost of the new engine with me, and it would be done by Friday!  I could hardly believe it.  But it got even better.  A few days later, they called to tell me that they were able to knock another twelve hundred dollars off of the price for me.  As promised, I got my car back on Friday, and my total bill was about $5,000 less than I was originally quoted!  This just happened about two weeks ago, and it is just one of many success stories I’ve had using Manifestation Quartz. It is like having your own personal Merlin, who can assist you in tapping into the most desirable potential outcome and pulling it into your physical reality for quick and accurate manifestation.

 Manifestation Quartz is a rare formation in which a smaller Quartz crystal is completely encapsulated inside a larger Quartz crystal.  These are not to be confused with Phantom Quartz crystals, which are an entirely different creature.  Phantom Quartz has a ghost-like shadow inside of it, which can occur when minerals collect on a crystal matrix in the Earth. The first time I worked with Manifestation Quartz, I felt like I had a magic wand that focused my intentions into the Universe like a laser beam.   Any Quartz will naturally absorb, store, amplify, and direct energy.  Quartz radiates pure white light and can be programmed for any purpose. The first thing you have to do is to really embody the fact that you are a Master of Manifestation.  Feel it, own it, and be it, because it is your birthright as a spark of the Divine.  Then recognize that your imagination is your ticket to exploring possible timelines and outcomes.  Instead of calling it imagination or daydreaming, perhaps call it ‘surfing the timelines.’  Honor this process and set aside time for it.  Make your experience of surfing the timelines a regular and sacred practice.  Once you find a potential timeline that makes your heart sing and electrifies your energy on all levels, that is the one that you want to draw in. You will recognize it as a vibration of pure joy and crystal clarity, and you will feel a coherence within all levels of your being. Call in Divine Source, your higher self, and spirit, and ask for guidance in creating the highest outcomes for yourself. Then cleanse your Manifestation Quartz, and place it at your solar plexus chakra or third eye.   Formulate a clear sentence that encapsulates the outcome you desire, in present tense form.  I did this when I declared, “The price of my car repair is significantly reduced, and I get it back no later than Monday of next week.”  You can add to your statement, “This, or something better, manifests easily for me now if it is for my highest good.”  Now fully envision the outcome you desire, with all of your senses, and make it as real and vivid in your mind as you can.  Play the scene in your mind and feel all of the positive emotions associated with getting exactly what you want.  At this point, you are beginning to move into vibrational alignment with the timeline in which this happens.  To bring even more clarity to this process, I suggest imagining a symbol to represent your desired manifestation.  It can be something very simple, like a red triangle or anything else that comes to mind. Superimpose this symbol over your vision of your ideal outcome or timeline, as if you are putting your mark or energetic signature on it.  

Now mentally project the symbol you came up with into your Manifestation Quartz.  See the energy of your desire flowing into the smaller, internal crystal, where you are planting it as a seed for manifestation.  Imagine the symbol inside of the internal crystal glowing more and more radiant, as if it is building in energy and magnetic force.  Now that you have encoded the crystal with your symbol, imagine a powerful laser beam of light emitting from the crystal and connecting with the ideal timeline that you have marked with the matching symbol.  Feel the connection, and then allow yourself to feel the magnetic sensation of pulling that reality into yours. You might be surprised at how clearly you can feel this happening.  There are real mechanical forces at play here!  Direct the incoming energy of your ideal timeline into your solar plexus chakra.  Now you are one with your desired outcome.  

While it is great to do this to improve your personal reality, I want to also invite you to create big and beautiful visions and outcomes for this entire world.  We are at a pivotal point in the evolution of the planet and of humanity.  It’s cosmic election time, and we all have an energetic vote and a say about what happens here. Remember that we have more Divine help than ever right now, and they will add their power, love, and assistance to our efforts, if we just ask them to help us. Also remember that one positive thought or energetic transmission can cancel out hundreds of lower ones. So spend some sacred moments surfing the timelines until you find one where all beings on the Earth are honored.  Start pulling in the one where we are living in harmony with the planet and where we have allowed in brilliant technologies to clean up the pollution we have caused.  Or how about the one where we realize that war is not the answer and where we all have an instant spiritual breakthrough that makes violence impossible?  Once you think you’ve imagined the best possible reality ever, challenge yourself to make it even better.  Remember that you are an Ambassador of Light, a Master who is here to change the world.  And you are doing it every day by being you.  Happy Manifesting!
